What is GrowthCLUB?
GrowthCLUB consists of four full-day group Business Planning workshops over the year.
The programme is designed to help the Managing Director to set out clear, actionable goals and targets for their business at the start of the year, and by reviewing on a quarterly basis, keep them on track to meet their goals and achieve growth throughout the year.
Our team of expert Business Coaches will be on hand to help participants identify their key goals for each quarter, and select the right sales, marketing, financial and team strategies, to implement, in order to build their business and their profits.

Why a 90 day plan?
Because it’s long enough to do something significant but short enough to keep you focused!
The purpose of each individual day is for the Business Owner / Managing Director to assess where the business has got to on their long term plan in the last quarter, and what needs to happen in the next 90 days to move the business forward towards achieving that plan.
Each full day workshop provides the ideal opportunity for the Managing Director to step outside the business, and explore what’s working, what’s not working and what needs to change in order to achieve the desired results.
The ActionCOACH framework helps to establish a stronger planning methodology for the business with practical strategies that have been proven across all sectors and business types.
